Return Policy
As part of the COVID-19 response, some of the items are not allowed to return due to the manufacturer’s policy.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original date of receipt. No returns will be accepted without notification. You may notify your salesperson by email or call.
You will need to provide the following information:
• Order Number
• Item(s) and quantity you wish to return.
• Reason for the return.
In the event you are returning an item due to damage, manufacturer defect, or an error on our part, please provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.
We offer a standard 30-day return policy based on the following conditions:
Defective/Damaged/Incomplete Products:
If your items are damaged, defective, or incomplete, a request for a return or refund must be made within 3 business days of the original date of receipt. In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to ensure returns are handled quickly and fairly.
DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for refunds or replacements.
If a return is found a customer's fault (Ex. wrong item ordered, etc.) A restocking fee of 20% and return shipping cost will be applied.
Refunds/Replacements
As soon as we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process the items. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Refunds and replacements are normally processed within 4-7 days.
Returns Without Prior Authorization
If a return is received without a prior return authorization, the shipment may be refused.
If your order is refused without approval, there will be a refusal fee charge which equals shipping cost.
Manufacturer Warranties
Unless noted otherwise on our quote, all products are sold with the full manufacturer warranty. The period and service of the warranty vary depending on the manufacturer and product. If you experience problems with an item after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
